There are a few key factors that may be the cause of this issue. Self diagnosing the issue prior to contacting the help desk may result if faster resolution times. Please follow the directions below to conduct a proper diagnosis:
1. Check if the cooler is plugged into a working wall outlet.
During power surges, the GFCI plug will automatically shut off power when as it detects electrical faults. This preserves the life of the cooler and its components when electrical anomalies are present.
2. Make sure that the control knob is not positioned to 0.

3. Check if the compressor plug is plugged into the power strip inside the cooler.


If the compressor remains off after following these steps, a technician will have to sent out. Please create a ticket on this issue and Sandstar will arrange a technician to arrive onsite promptly.
